There is parking up and down the high street and it’s free after 6:30pm! Sometimes it can get busy so the side roads are perfect too.
We always recommend wearing T-shirt/ Vest and shorts. For ladies you may prefer leggings but the main thing is that your are comfortable in what you wear.
We are a cash only business so bring money for your class. A bottle of water is a definite as the gym can get quite hot. If you have equipment already that is great but no worries if not as we have a fully stocked shop in the gym and also equipment you can borrow for your first session.
Yes of course! We all once started out as a beginner. Many of our classes are for mixed levels but we also do have classes that are designed for complete beginners. Please check our timetable to find out more.
This is entirely up to you. You can train once a week or everyday. The only time we ask for commitment is if you are interested in competing. This is when we ask for a minimum of 3 days a week training.
Not at all. We have many students at our gym that just train for fitness purposes. There is no expectation for you to compete if you don’t want to. The main thing is that you are happy and enjoying training.
This is one of the hardest questions to answer as every individual is different. We have had students before compete after a couple of months training and we have had some compete after a couple of years. The best thing for you to do is attend the classes and we can go from there.
Unfortunately yes! Our personal trainers plan their week ahead and try their best to fit everyone in. At the same time they have to turn down other clients and personal commitments if they are fully booked. This is why we only think it is fair to have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
